I am requesting that the Followers of Delith be given refuge in Drache. They are being persecuted because of religious beliefs as well as their position in Arindrith's previous governement. The priesthood of Delith could scan the mind of criminals and detect wether or not they were guilty. They could also mete out psionic justice upon the guilty. The current ruler is a cruel and decadent man who would not see the Delithites use their powers against him. If my first request is granted, then I also request that those pursuing the Delithites be deported in the stead of other punishments. For diplomatic reasons and also because the Delithites wish to avoid bloodshed. A priestess of the Delithites, named Alyssa also requests that we request the body of her father be brought to Drache so that she might observer funerary customs without the persecution of her homelands governement. The girl Alyssa would be willing to speak to whomever needs to hear, to further explain the situation with Delith.
