of the children in this city, however during my investigation, I have discovered
similarities within these killings which have prompted this request to
you. All of the children are of the same age, 6 years old, and they are
all in the same schooling class. It is my request that this class be
ordered cancelled until this situation is resolved and moreover, that a state of
permanent curfew for young children by instituted. I realize that this
request may sound odd, but two of these children have been taken in the middle
of the day, with many people around. This is not the case of a wandering
child being abducted.</FONT></DIV>
