<DIV>On my return from the arrest od Si Howe i entered the Black Dragon Inn only to find some individuals trying to help a woman (insert desc of Rayne_Kyl) who is being held as a slave. As i tried to get more information a vorfon (insert desc of Rosuto`Enzeru) intruded and ignored repeated requests by myself to cease intefering in matters of the guard. The vorfon ignored me and set about trying to carry the woman to where Ravyn and Leo had said they could help get the band with inward facing spikes off her leg.</DIV>

<DIV>I managed to get one shackle on the vorfon and he still tried to drag me acorss the room until i used a freeze spell to halt his forward motion. Once i had manacled his legs i procedded to start to carry him out the door towards the guardhouse. Thinking the vorfon would be more amenable and reduce his charges i released the spell holding him frozen and he proceeded to assault me with his elbows until i had slammed him to the ground hoping to subdue him and bring him in for justice. He refused once more and i drew my sword hoping he would desist and follow my commands but he drew his own weapons and fought me as well as Arms-Lieutenant Garthlik. After long battle we were finally able to subdue him and cuff him up so that he could be brought in for trial.</DIV>

<DIV>His charges are 1. interfering with a crown investigation. 2. resisting arrest (numerous times) 3. assault on a crown official then attempted murder of a crown official.</DIV>
