<DIV>upon entering the Black Dragon Inn this eve i heard a man crying out to be let up. When i found the source of the cry it seemed to be coming fro the man who with a butter knife had tried to stab Roderic Cliche but had only cut him minorly. After placing cuffs on the man (desc and pic of Sevrin in human form included.) he pulled away from me and tried to back away. i tried to tackle the man and he managed to get the chains from the cuffs around my neck and started to choke me. As i battled with the man to try to subdue him to bring in for arrest he continued to chock me with the cuffs and managed to bite off half my left ear. From my understanding from witnesses there was another there as well that seemed to be goading the one i was fighting to arrest on to disobey me (desc and pic of Bryscen attached to the report). The one i was trying to arrest finally choked my until i was unconscious and i was saved from death by the help of witnesses Lucien ChasingFire and Evan Shingeru who had joined the fray to help me get free when the man had the chains of the shackles wrapped around my neck trying to kill me.</DIV>

<DIV>AS i was being carried away by Lucien to safety i noted an armored(desc and pic attached) figure following and trying to stop Lucien from getting me to safety. After being transported by majical means by a third party i was informed that the gentleman i had been trying to arrest is a werewolf (pic of Sevrin in werewolf form attached) as well as the fact that the man that had been goading him on helped him escape the cuffs by some means that seemed to have melted the cuffs or some such into his body.</DIV>
