<div><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: arial">The following report is of an incident that took place on ... [01/06/07]:</SPAN></div>  <div><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: arial"></SPAN> </div>  <div><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: arial"></SPAN> </div>  <div><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: arial">After filing my report for the evening and retiring from my partol, I entered the Black Dragon Inn off-duty for a meal and leisure.  Alongside Lieutenant Chasingfire, who was present as well in the Inn, a woman by the name of Nala Tepkin (description included*) approached the both of us and cited an incident earlier in the evening in which she claims to have been assaulted by Sir Jinnai Halfmoor.</SPAN></div>  <div><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: arial"></SPAN> </div>  <div><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: arial">The woman stated that Sir Halfmoor first claimed a child in the Black Dragon was either a demon or possessed by demonic forces.  Miss Tepkin went to intervene
 by stepping between the child and Sir Halfmoor, to which she claims he responded by accussing her of possessing the child as a demon, herself.  She claims to have intervened peacefully and made no hostile overtures before Sir Halfmoor attacked her.</SPAN></div>  <div><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: arial"></SPAN> </div>  <div><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: arial">Further more she claims that an individual by the name of Michael Taylor (description included) tried to step between Sir Halfmoor and Miss Tepkin as a result of the assault on her and this resulted in Sir Halfmoor attacking Mr Taylor.  She said that the hostilities ended after she had pacified Sir Halfmoor with a spell.</SPAN></div>  <div><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: arial"></SPAN> </div>  <div><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: arial">Miss Tepkin gave me several descriptions of witnesses to this event, including:  (description of Kay), (description of Shayne), and (description of Crunuch).  If needed for
