<span style="font-family: arial;">The following report is of an incident that took place in the early morning hours of ... [01/16/07]:<br><br></span><span style="font-family: arial;">After filing my report for the evening and retiring from my partol, I entered the Black Dragon Inn off-duty for a meal and leisure.  It was here I found Corporal </span><font color="#000000" face="verdana,arial,arial" size="2">      Tanthalas Moonstriker being harassed by a woman* (description of Pyrranelle) who repeatedly tried to coax the Corporal into hugging her, amongst other thing.  When asked to stop by both the Corporal and a woman working at the Black Dragon Inn (description of Tia`Mestin), she refused to comply and exacerbated the situation by trying to remove the Corporal's badge from his belt.<br><br>The Corporal asked me to take her into custody shortly after and charge her with Harrassment, Refusal to Obey a Crown Official, and Disorderly
