<DIV>Earlier I went to the Black Dragon Inn and having just arrived in time to find a dead boy and another unconscious. Sgt Arnise was on the scene and carried the boy known as Hyena to the guardhouse as one Dies (desc given) carried the dead body to the guardhouse. I followed after with two witness by the name of Rue (desc given) and Red Fern (desc given).</DIV>

<DIV>As Sgt Arnise tried to revive the dead boy I took the three witnesses wo my office to get the story of what had ahppened and all three sotries corroborate each other as given below. Attached are the statements I took as given by the witness as well.</DIV>

<DIV>On the 23rd day of this current month the boy known as Hyena stated to Dies that he was going to go hunting.. She thought he meant to go outside and before she could stop him the boy attacked what appeared to be a pet cat that had a jewel on its head. She attempted to stop him but was too late as he had already bitten into the cat's neck and had a 'death' grip so to speak. She tried to send a healing spell to the cat but her spell misfired and did no good as Hyena was knocked off balance by Rue who had struck him with a cane to try and stop him from attacking the cat. As hyena fell unconscious from a second blow delivered in anger by Rue the 'cat' died only to shapeshift and become the body of what appeared to be a 5 year old boy.</DIV>

<DIV>After conferring with Magistrate Abraxas about this matter as a senior magistrate I have decided to file formal charges of accidental manslaughter against one Hyena and with the discretion of what ever Magistrate take sthis case I would like to also file the same charges against one Gantros (desc given)</DIV>
