<div>Concering the case of one Hyena:</div>  <div> </div>  <div>I am writing this at the bequest of LT. Chasingfire-</div>  <div> </div>  <div>In regards to one Gantros, I can personally verify that he has been of a negative influence to the child Hyena. I have observed this man conversing with fellow barmaid Jacynda, mentioning only what he called 'evil deeds'. On multiple occasions, this same gentleman has been noted to be attempting to spur on controversies within the inn, and seems to have a liking for violence and highly emotional situations.</div>  <div> </div>  <div>But regarding this man's personal relationship with the child Hyena, I noticed that he was 'fathering' the boy, off and on, as well as mentoring, but the nature of that mentoring is questionable. In the presence of LT. Chasingfire, Arms Recruit Sarault, this man was heard to be encouraging Hyena to kill another citizen by the name of Si Howe, for some slight. If this child has killed,
 I believe that some leniancy should be exercised, because of the influence of this man. If anyone should be punished, it should be Gantros, who, in the witness of myself, and the two Guards, claimed to accept full responsibility for any actions the boy might take.</div>  <div> </div>  <div>Tia Esvanti Mestin<BR><BR></div><p>
