<DIV>For the magistrate. I witnessed this drow in the holding cells steal a purse from a woman only to have him resist arrest. After finally making the arrest and getting him to the guardhouse he used his wiles to cuff me with my own cuffs to the door of the cell and then made to grab at me in an attempt to assault me once more. The drow (desc of zah karin) has been charged with theft, resisting arrest and attemtped assault on a guard.</DIV>
