<p class=MsoNoSpacing>On this date one Ynros Shinkibi, a foreigner, was found

guilty of aiding and abetting a fugitive and conspiracy to murder.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class=MsoNoSpacing>The accused offered testimony to this with no denial.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class=MsoNoSpacing>The punishment determined is for the accused to be

permanently branded with a reminder of his crimes, in a place where all can see

it. Furthermore, a crown edict will be posted for no less than sixty days

detailing the crimes committed, and the accused will be made to make a public

apology to the estate of the deceased.<o:p></o:p></p>
