<DIV>After speaking with a child introduced to me as Justice by one Hyena the mother of said child came in ansd spoke of selling the child for the child to "play with other adults". After speaking with the mother who has been questioned before I tried to ascertin the whereabouts of the father. After asking why the child insisted that he 'slept with fishes' Marella then assaulted the child and claimed to all within the inn that the father was indeed dead and that she and a man named Rueben had killed him.She also stat4eed that the body had been dumped in the river. I have arrested Marella for assault and possibly for murder as well. I leave it to the Magistrates to determine the truth of whether a murder has occurred or not.</DIV>
