<table cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" border="0" ><tr><td valign="top" style="font: inherit;">This report is in regards to an incident encountered at the Black Dragon Inn on [September 14th, 2008]:<br><br>Upon entering the Black Dragon Inn to seek the resident manifest from Dulcina for review and cross referencing with fugitives (and their aliases), I encountered a pixie that was lavishly displaying her use of magic.  Upon form changing, I gave her a rather odd look, which seemingly caught her attention.  She inquired about it and then offered to teach me the craft.  I declined and she offered to demonstrate the use of invisibility.  Without specifying, I told her I was uneasy with her craft, but didn't object to a self-display.<br><br>The pixie (description of DeathPixie) proceeded to cast a form of dust upon me, which caused my clothing to become transparent.  Upon realizing this, I informed the pixie that she was being placed
 under arrest for the criminal use of magic against a crown official.  Not taking me seriously, the pixie changed forms and fled to the rafters.<br><br>She then proceeded to indirectly threaten me by claiming that if I arrested her, she'd have to tell her 'counsel' and later stated, "If I did that, I wouldn't want to see them turn you into a frog."<br><br>At this point I had had enough and requested that the kitchen staff fetch a ladder, which I used to climb up into the rafters to apprehend the fugitive and uncooperative pixie.  I again demanded her to surrender herself and thusly she cast a spell upon herself that made her invisable, at which point she proceeded to taunt me over a now-exposed artificial leg of mine.<br><br>Upon reaching a ceiling in which I was unable to apprehend her due to her use of magic, I left the Black Dragon in order to seek a Spellcaster within the ranks of the Royal Guard.  When I eventually found one on duty,
 I returned with him to the Inn only to find that the pixie had evidently fled the establishment.<br><br>This pixie is to be charged with two counts of criminal use of magic, one against a crown official.  In addition, she is being charged with threatening a crown official and evading arrest.  I am recommending she be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the magistrate's will due to her disrespectful behavior and blatant disregard for the law in Arangoth.<br><br>Signed,<br>Idelle Sarault, Arms-Sergeant<br></td></tr></table><br>
