<table cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" border="0" ><tr><td valign="top" style="font: inherit;">On the evening of [01/24/2009], I was at the Black Dragon Inn speaking with an individual by the name of Elapidae who was thoroughly confused about the legal boundries of licensed and unlicensed bounty hunters.<br><br>I was explaining the Crown's policies to her in private outside of the establishment when one of the Inn staff emerged from the front door calling for the Guard.  When I entered and spoke with Dulcina, she noted that a patron [description of Darknesse] had reported to her seeing another patron [description of LeClaire] bearing vampiric fangs.<br><br>Approaching the suspected vampire, I had her show me her teeth, which resulted in no anomalies, then I had her drink and touch her skin with a vial of stock holy water I carry on me while on patrol.  She responded to neither of these self-administered tests, thusly I pulled [Darknesse] aside
 to interview her over what she saw.  This woman was rather adament about what she saw, which was vampiric fangs.  She also attested to hearing this woman claim that red wine doesn't really settle her "real thirst."<br><br>I decided to administer another test after having Paetines bless a glass of water Dulcina had provided.  When I turned to administer said test, the woman began to flee with haste.  I told her to stop in the name of the Crown and she continued to run away.  The pursuit went as far as the front door before I lost total and utter track of this individual, leading me to believe that either magics or a, possible, accelerated vampire agility was involved.<br><br>At any rate, [LeClaire] is currently wanted on the charges of Resisting Arrest and being a Suspected Vampire.<br><br>Signed,<br>~Idelle Sarault, Arms-Sergeant<br></td></tr></table><br>
