<table cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" border="0" ><tr><td valign="top" style="font: inherit;">While on patrol this eve (02/12/2009), I was approached on the street by a medusa known as Elapidae.  She'd spent much of her time recanting a story of a cultist woman she'd had a violent run-in with the night prior.  The conversation ultimately led to her explaining that it was not only a follower of Menxruk, but the same cultist that falsely accused me of assault upon her person to a magistrate.<br><br>Elapidae was trying to get me to arrest the woman, but I explained it would be a clear conflict of interest for me to just issue one based on only her statements, given that this woman had previously drawn me into a libel case before.  So the medusa rounded up several witnesses (description of Lonit and Krin`Shadows) and had them give me statements, each of which collaborated her own.<br><br>They all explained that this woman (description of
 Zaida`Moor) approached [Lonit] and without much warning, struck her with a punch to her stomach.  After a short struggle, [Lonit] managed to get away from the cultist, only to have [Krin`Shadows] attempt and restrain the follower of Menxruk.  When this failed, Elapidae tackled [Zaida`Moor] and broke her arm.  The cultist proceeded to make several threats about the Inn and evidently left.<br><br>The jab to the stomach, in all three counts, was unprovoked.  As such, [description of Zaida`Moore] is being charged with one count of assault.<br><br>Signed,<br>~Idelle Sarault, Arms-Sergeant<br></td></tr></table><br>
