<table cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" border="0" ><tr><td valign="top" style="font: inherit;">I am issuing a warrant for the arrest of [description of Geise] based on specific intelligence relayed to me that this individual was involved in one clear count of extortion and two counts of assault.  The first count of assault was levied against a smaller, unidentified individual and the second against Elapidae.<br><br>Elapidae, the primary witness in this case, has confided in me that this perpetrator was in the Back Alley, apparently cornering the smaller man and noting that he owed him "money for protection."  The smaller individual was then struck before Elapidae intervened and was subsequently shot with a crossbow.  The bolt recovered in her room collaborates this.<br><br>As of now, [Geise] is being charged with one count of extortion and two counts of assault.<br><br><br>Signed,<br>~Arms-Sergeant Idelle Sarault<br></td></tr></table><br>
