<table cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" border="0" ><tr><td valign="top" style="font: inherit;">On this evening, [07/06/2009], I entered the BlkDragon Inn to grab a mug of coffee while on break.  In doing so, however, I spotted a familiar face amongst the patrons.  It was that of Sen [Hatatori], who was in the company of a woman.  Investigating who the woman was, I approached and asked for her name.  It wasn't, "Tespin Atsume," and thusly came the question for the catboy, "Where is your court-appointed guardian?"<br><br>The answer boiled down to, "Not right here with me."  She was upstairs sleeping, thusly I took Sen upstairs to find her so that I could inform her she was being cited for neglegence.  When he brought me up to her room, another individiual [description of Sanjuro] approached me from behind and demanded to know what was going on.  I shackled the catboy and turned to address this individual.<br><br>He
 blocked my path of travel and demanded I tell him what was going on before he'd let me pass.  Of course that's not the way things work, thusly I ordered him to move before he was apprehended for obstruction of justice.  He decided not to comply and I attempted to initiate a take-down.  I was unsuccessful in my first attempts and was later assisted by a citizen known as Heldenbrand [description follows].  Heldenbrand occupied the intruding individidual [Sanjuro] while I chased after Sen, who had since taken off in the wake of the new conflict.<br><br>When he was finally tackled again, I placed him under arrest formally for violating his court-order.<br><br>It is noted that Commander Riknueth came in and stumbled across the physical conflict between all parties half way through.  She promptly responded by attempting to subdue [Sanjuro] in assistance of Heldenbrand's efforts.<br><br>Sen has since been taken to the local orphanage
 as per the request of Commander Riknueth and has had an Armsman posted to assure that the boy is kept there and no attempts are made by outside parties to "break him out."<br><br><br>****OOC NOTE AT BOTTOM****<br><br>Signed,<br>~Idelle Sarault, Arms-Lieutenant<br><br><br>(OOC:  Sanjuro was able to evade every hit thrown his way by three people simultaneously and was subsequently kicked.  The status of his character is unknown, though if he comes back after his two day ban RPing him again, Sanjuro will be wanted for assault on a guard, resisting arrest, and obstruction of justice.)<br></td></tr></table><br>
