15.VIII.479<br><br>Around the time of the Third Night Bell I was summoned to the King's Inn by a runner sent by Dulcina. The runner stated that<br> an imp, later identified as Jeen had attempted to remove the hair of a woman named Maeljin. An argument resulted, quickly <br>followed by a confrontation. <br><br>A small sprite by the name of Tinker intervened, apparently using some powerful fire magics in his attempt to subdue the imp. <br>By the time I arrived, several chairs and tables had been burned beyond repair. Identifying Jeen as the aggressor, I put him in<br>shackles and gave Tinker a strict warning against using fire magic in the Inn's premises. It is my opinion that Tinker, who appears<br>to serve Maeljin in some capacity, is nonetheless a significant threat if correctly provoked. Though he seemed to have calmed <br>down upon my entry, other members of the Guard would do well to exercise caution in future interactions with Tinker.<br><br>Another sprite by the name of Sorcha was a witness to the aforementioned events, though firsthand accounts do not place her <br>in the altercation, merely its vicinity.<br><br>As of this writing, Jeen is in holding at the Guardhouse and awaiting sentencing.<br><br>SIGNED,<br>CURSOR SERVILIUS<br></body>
