<table cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" border="0" ><tr><td valign="top" style="font: inherit;">While on break in the BlkDragon Inn on the night of [10/03/09], I was present when a woman patron [description of "Clarice"] assaulted an individual known as Shuunen.  <br><br>The woman made rather forward remarks to the individual known as Shuunen when he entered and proceeded to legally smoke opium.  The woman found it to be offensive and made a rather lewd remark, which was returned by an equally offensive verbal gesture by Shuunen.  The situation escalated when [Clarice] proceeded to strike Shuunen in the face with her fist.  The woman was immediately halted by myself and arrested on one felony count of assault against a citizen.<br><br>As such, Clarice pleaded guilty to the charge and spent the next two nights in a cell where she was flogged and fined 50 Crowns.  Upon review, she was released from
