<table cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" border="0" ><tr><td valign="top" style="font: inherit;"><div id="yiv1240544837">Report filed on [10/28/2009]:<br><br>On this date, the woman known as Isabelle, who had previously been described in a report filed by Spellcaster Heatherdown on [08/14/2009] was questioned in follow-up to said report.  The incident she was involved in regards a screaming heard not long after a flower delivery girl was ushered away from the residence of a "Mr. Loren."  When questioned, Isabelle placed herself at the residence that night and identified the individual who owned it as a magician who had been working on a volatile alchemical potion.<br><br>Evidently the potion erupted not long after the girl had left, causing massive trauma to Mr. Loren's body.  Isabelle claims not to have had any further contact with the injured resident and hasn't visited his home since.  She claims to be a customer who purchases
 salves off of him for her skin.<br><br>Mr. Loren has not been reached to make a statement.  I am requesting a warrant be issued to search his home for possible explosive related materials as well as to investigate the possibility of murder.<br><br><br>Signed,<br><br>~Idelle Sarault, Arms-Lieutenant<br></div></td></tr></table><br>
