<table cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" border="0" ><tr><td valign="top" style="font: inherit;">With the recent arrest of Lima Ziehr by Sergeant Grafsburg, I believe the Guard has identified the primary suspect in the case of an unknown arson/bombing that took place in the Wharf District several months ago.<br><br>It was initially reported that a residence that belonged to a now-exiled boy known as Hyena, had caught fire and burned almost to the ground.  The identified owner has since been identified as an individual by the name of Isaacs.  Witnesses reported seeing green flames emitting from the building.  In amassing evidence from Ms. Ziehr's room prior to her dispatch of an incendiary device that torched everything else, I managed to recover what was later identified by University staff as copper chloride.  Copper chloride, when burned, causes a gaseous flame to appear green.<br><br>Due to the findings of these alchemical powders
 associated with incendiary devices and her employ of them to conceal evidence, Ms. Ziehr will have the charges of arson of that residence tacked onto the long grocery list of felonies she already faces.  Motive is not being sought.<br><br>This bring the final list of charges to:<br><br>1 count of attempted murder on a Crown Official<br>1 count of impersonating a Crown Official<br>2 counts of arson<br>2 counts of obstruction of justice<br>1 count of attempted murder against a citizen<br>2 counts of conspiracy to commit murder<br>2 counts of damage to property<br><br>Signed,<br>~Idelle Sarault, Arms-Lieutenant<br></td></tr></table><br>
