<table cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" border="0" ><tr><td valign="top" style="font: inherit;">On this morning [04/25/2010], I was approached by a member of Southern Arangoth's military regarding information about a suspected raid carried out in Northeastern Arangoth.  The information, however, is second-hand, hence the dissemination to law enforcement.<br><br>Army Sergeant Zytka Naralei stated that she was approached by an individual identifying himself as, "Nersuth Kengli," last night at the BlkDragon Inn.  The individual asked if she was with the Royal Guard, then, after she noted she was a member of the military, he recollected the incident directly to her in hopes of pressing for action.  Mr. Kengli stated that he was a part of a caravan moving along Eastern Arangoth, just outside of Tralazir, when they were ambushed by a group of suspected Assi soldiers.<br><br>Sergeant Naralei noted to me that she pressed him for proof that they
 were Assi soldiers, to which he stated that, "They had to be."  The Army Sergeant did not note to me what the caravan's contents were, but did say she recollected Mr. Kengli saying that it was under armed escort.<br><br>Pending an official and substantiated statement from Mr. Kengli, I am holding off on any proposals to send a liaison up north to further investigate the incident.  Any additional information regarding the reporting of this case should be forwarded to me for review.  Should this case develop further, it should be treated with extreme sensitivity with no mention of this to anyone that doesn't have a need to know.  If the allegations are substantiated, it will then be turned over to the military, but currently it is being treated as a criminal offense rather than a foreign military strike until or unless proven otherwise.<br><br><br>Signed,<br>~Idelle Sarault, Arms-Lieutenant of the BlkDragon
