[Royal Guard] Arrest of slave, slave owner in the inn

Setting pen to paper, the ever-dour Corporal Brightblade wrote up his account of the night's events in the inn, summing up Zesstra's account first.
 
"Lieutenant Riknueth was relaxing in the in when she noticed a pair, ones Svitri and Scarzam, Svitri chained to the man. When Svitri left Scarzam's side to fetch him a drink, the Lieutenant approached Scarzam to inform him that he was under arrest. Svitri, the slave, defended her master, rushing back to try and knock the shackles from Riknueth's hand. A fight ensued between the two as Zesstra made to shove Svitri aside, whereupon the woman attacked her.
 
At this point, I entered, and, taking note of the fight, circled around behind the paint and the Lieutenant, weapon drawn. When the master, Scarzam, took note of me, I commanded that he stay still and yield. he failed to comply, and, as his companion assaulted the Lieutenant, I assumed him to be a threat and made to knock him from his feet with the blunt end of my axe.
 
Meanwhile, Riknueth had forced the slave to yield, and had her shackled (I am not certain of the details of this, as I was occupied at the time), whereupon Scarzam yielded, allowed himself to be shackled, and was escorted, along with his slave, to the Guardhouse. They stood trial before Magistrate Finist Escadr, and were summarily sentenced.
 
I swear to the veracity of these statements, and remain a loyal servant of the people of Arangoth."
 
He added his signature, sealed the report, and left it with a functionary for the captain.
