[Royal Guard] Incident and Arrestation Report

The report by Odion Tsekani was specificallly signed so the captain could 
hand the report to the magistrate for use in Trial:


I walked into the inn that night, and spotted a Sand Rider, a friend of 
mine, and a native race in Bakenmut, so immediately I approached him. With 
him was a woman who claimed to be Lieutenant in the guard once and went by 
the name of Karyn Redfeather, all three of us were talking and getting to 
know eachother, when this Lightwind fellow decided to throw a bowl at Karyn, 
evaded she warned Lightwind that she did not wish to fish, with more threats 
exchnaged, Kain ignored her wish to not duel and attacked himself, gathering 
her on her knees with a sword to her neck. I took initiative and summoned my 
Lightning Whip and ordered him to stand down immediately, that's when the 
woman claimed to be called Karie appeared and distinctively said that Kain 
had summoned her.

I managed to get Kain away from Karyn, sparing her a minor wound while Kain 
himself took a shock of my whip, within that time I had summon my Cloud of 
Anti-Magic to render the woman useless for a period of time, and during that 
time is when the Magistrate Abraxas came in and called forth for guards, 
which two others immediately came forth. Engaged in battle, the woman proved 
effective in magic, but once her shield was shattered the Judge managed to 
land a knife within her side, and myself I managed to land a glaive within 
her chest.

Kain resisted arrest afterwards to try and touch the woman for a reason or 
another, but was apprehended either way, and both were cuffed with our 
Null-Magic shackles, dragged to the guardhouse and placed in seperate 
Null-Magic cells, I also hope that Psi-Dampners were placed on the woman, 
for she tried on several occasions, by invading my mind with her telepathy 
and without my will, to try and let me get Kain to touch her.  Karie has 
been identified on the charges of Assault on Crown Officials,  this 
including three guards and a magistrate, and Assault on two patrons of the 
inn, this would be my Sand Rider friend and Lightwind, furthermore, she can 
be charted up for Mind Rape, and suspicion that she is related to demons and 
the such. As for Lightwind, Assault on Patrons, this would be Karyn, and 
Resisting Arrest. If it's possible, I'd put him up for stupidity as well.
