No, really. I do.

Now, on with the parts that are actually important... you know, like this 
report. Well, I had been having a relatively good day... a few days ago -- 
Sorry, I'm not sure when -- when noticed no other than Ender in the rafters. 
Though I'm perfectly aware NOW that I was probably out of line, I opened 
fire instantly.

How surprised I was when he teleported out of the way; and I really hope 
whoever is reading this can tell that that was sarcasm. I opened fire again, 
firing three bolts, and he... gasp... teleported out of the way again.

After advancing on him with a broadsword, because he'd teleported down to 
the ground, he teleported away, so I'd the sense to sit down at a table and 
aim at the rafters, waiting for him to reappear.

He did, and the moment I saw him he opened fire. I'm perfectly aware of the 
pointlessness of it, as he seems to be able to teleport out of the way of 
anything, but I tried. He teleported out of the way again, and onto the 
ground.

My memory is a bit hazy here, but I remember a certain Mara advancing on him 
after he said that the image of him on the ground was a puppet. She'd a gem 
made to get rid of magics, and the puppet... disappeared. The 'real' Ender 
then moved to the ground, and he came towards me after I put my weapons 
away, apparently willing to be arrested (though this I doubt).

How extrodinarily convenient for him, then, that a certain Rose Whitefire 
came out and ordered him upstairs, and he followed. He's apparently faster 
than me, as he made it to the stairs before I could, and Rose managed to 
stall me, feigning lack of knowledge as to why she was to be arrested as 
well.

I recall hearing something, possibly from her, about her being bound to 
Ender; thus, if one dies, so does the other. I can only assume that if they 
are bound, this Rose character has the same teleportation powers that Ender 
does, and a fight would be pointless. I walked out, intending to write a 
report, but had... other things to deal with, and I apologize for the 
lateness of this report.

However, the idea has come into my head that Ender always teleports up into 
the rafters, so I believe it would be a good idea to put something up there 
to deter him. Anti-teleport runes, perhaps, though I do not know the 
feasibility of such a plan; if not those, then perhaps brambles, or spikes, 
and I seek permission to do such a thing.
