[Royal Guard] Request for Leave.

An official request, filed by Armsman Tierant Darkblight:

I must take temporary leave from the Royal Guard.  Personal issues have arrisen that must be delt with, and these issues would severly hinder my ability to do what I must as a guard.  The length of this leave is indeterminate, but I do wish to rejoin the guard as soon as possible.

(OOC: Mun is going to be gone for a month.  Tierant is also having other problems.)
