[Royal Guard] Incident report

The spell-recruits report could be rather fun to look at it, the handwriting 
was unique, neat, and easy to read while carrying it's design.

Report by Spell-Recruit Odion Tsekani:

As I was in the establishment known as the Blk Dragon Inn, I overheared the 
name Tarma and saw the woman within, I had learned from an earlier report 
she is wanted for the murder of a certain Kurai. Thus I took action and told 
her to surrender peacefully, she didn't comply and I was forced to take 
action. My second spell stunned her, and I would have arrested her, but a 
large black armored thing stepped in my way and attacked me immediately, I 
couldn't do anything against such a beast as it seemed to be able to absorb 
magical energies and even see them as my invisibility spell was used in 
vain. I've taken three wounds during this confrontation and was forced to 
retreat, which also caused the creature to dissapear, I believe it was after 
me only for my magical gift.
