Corporal, be aware that the attack you described in your report most 
definitely qualifies as Criminal Use of Magic (which covers psionics and 
other supernatural powers), and possibly as Mind Rape under the current 
Criminal Code. I certainly agree with your view on the severity of the 
offense, as do the laws. There are very stiff penalties for violating 
the sanctity of another individual's mind, can warrant a death sentence 
for attacks that cause permanent damage to the victim's mind. It carries 
a mandatory death sentence for criminals who use such nefarious means to 
compel others to commit crimes. Continue your diligent patrolling of the 
City.
