[Royal Guard] A note sent to the Captain of the Guard

So Odion makes a point of reading every private note addressed to his
superior officers, and no one else? Not a good way to get in their good
books.

Sorry for wasting bandwidth, but I just had to point this out. Does a
police officer go around reading the Chief's mail? I bloody well shouldn't
think so. How rude!

I'm done now. No more ranting. Grph.
