Well, I already emailed JD, but here goes. Zesstra hates vampires with a 
passion, so of course, she would side with those who sought to keep any 
vampire, ex or otherwise, from becoming a citizen and having rights she 
would have to protect. Regardless of who hired or and who's writing her 
paychecks, just say no to leeches.
