This information was just passed to me by one Lay`Trayin.  She has informed me that Jah Kahn has returned.  He was first within the Black Dragon Inn, and then later, within Lay`Trayin's private residence.  He engaged in no malevolent acts, but his reappearance should probably be noted.

Kirin`Arnise has arrest an intelligent tiger named Solar in the BDI on 
10/8/03 around 11:00 pm
The situation progressed from being off duty to taking action when the tiger 
assaulted the patron Cyrith multiple times. Action was taken immediately 
with an order to cease the activities and was met with near violence and 
threats. Through talking long enough the situation was disolved as Solar 
agreed to come into custody.. Crimes committed Assault of Cyrith twice and 
resisting arrest once until informed of his crimes. Recommend he be held 
responsible since he is an intelligent creature and obviously capable of 
making choices. Following arrest we were stalked by a pale psycho woman who 
kept eyeing the tiger dangerously. Felt she could be a threat as the tiger 
in the custody of Kirin is also therefore under his protection until jailed 
and left under guard. No violence occured with the pale faced woman and that 
situation was immediately reconciled as she returned to the inn. Have no 
recommendation and will bring in all involved, ask Jessica_Mankheth for any 
further details i've missed. Please make haste lest the accused escape like 
he has before. He has agreed to go through with the trial as long as it's 
done so soon. the accused also claims he wants to discuss something or give 
information.. I leave that in the capable hands of the courts. thank you for 
your time.<ooc.. he just said he doesn't want his char left in limbo...

written at speed.)

On or around about Fredas, Frost Fall 10, year 473,
probably nine of the evening, I myself (Arms-recruit
Art Harlow) moved with the intent of taking my break
after a moderately uneventful patrol tour of the Royal
Church district (Withince I did observe no
recognizable crimes). The chosen point of issue for
dispensation of provisions and sanctioned refreshments
was one BlkDragon Inn, within the Blkdragon district.
Upon arriving I found Arms-Recruit Arnise, presumably
on similar business, engaged in conversation with one
of the rich ethnic examples of our fine nation. 
The said ethnic example, (The word 'Who's' has been
inked out, apparently after some thought and staring
at it.) whats name I know not, was engaged in apparent
emotional turbulences over a keepsake animal-amphibian
of the vernacular term 'Frog'.
It had been abducted in what had been implied as a
stealth incursion onto the said ethnic example's
person by what I may only describe as fauna displaying
the fine and odd characteristics of that found within
the region of our ('bloody' has been carefully inked
out here.) fine city.
Said Fauna was, approxemately speaking, one tabby cat
with Cyan and Azure markings and wings. Further it
contained powers of articulation.
The intervention of one fine lady-citizen of Drache
with a particular gift towards a vertical nature,
estimated by myself to be no more than six and a half
feet, and certainly more than six and a quarter feet. 
The name of this citizen is unknown, however she did
intervene with said fauna in exchange for said
keepsake animal-amphibian.
There was some confusion upon return of the keepsake
animal-amphibian to the fine ethnic example, however
in the end naught occurred.
It is the observation of this Arms-recruit that the
incident is a fine example of (Inked out, carefully,
are the words 'the weir-', 'extra-ordin-',
'godsbedamn-' and 'strange times.') the rich diversity
of experience our city has to offer.
Thus contained are the core portions of the incident
as would interest official administration, to the best
of my reasoning and memory.

       10/10/03   8:30 pm an incident involing a creature that appeared to 
be an orc, or ogre, or troll.. but was a combination of them all from what 
could be discerned, it's friend and companion... a frog, and a feline with 
wings and the ability of speech. (Never a dull night in the BlkDragon Inn)

       This winged cat i speak of actually managed to sneak itself onto this 
orc thing and steal away a pouch where it contained a frog, the orc creature 
thing was so enraged it begain to swing a massive sword and jump and create 
a whole wide world of a mess. Finally i was forced to strike the orc thing 
in the gut with my hammer knocking him to the ground, rather than arrest him 
for trying to retrieve his friend since there were no injuries and no real 
damage to the inn to speak of I tried to calm him. He stayed quiet and the 
good Art`Harlow fellow Arms-Recruit climed into the rafters to get the cat.. 
after some hissing the cat flew to one Azeal`Kule and sat. Joining fellow 
Arms-Recruit Art`Harlow we convinced the cat to return the frog by trading 
for a bell (odd i know) but it kept blood from being spilled. Between Art 
and myself and the assistance of Azeal no harm was done and all went back to 
their drinks


OOC TIME! YAY! lol.. good stuff.. weirdest RP i've ever had... stop a cat 
from eating a frog by giving it a bell. much drama! lol.. good stuff!

    The situation started innocently enough. A drunken dwarf and two overly 
arrogant half elf half drow looking beings argued, exchanged insults. The 
dwarf demanded a fight as dwarves do, and one of the elves stood and 
prepared to give a fight, removing layers of clothing and flexing his 
muscle. Jessica ordered them to leave the building if they wish to engage in 
such childish antics and i reitterated with her, calmly expressing that the 
tavern was not welcoming such behavior. We were met only by insults and it 
finally came to stand and deliver. I ordered one of the elves to stand down 
and come peacefully or prepare to defend himself after already supplying 
three warnings.
    The battle as brief as it was seemed to drag on for far too long. (It 
was taken to #blkdragon*inn2) to fight out. The dwarf in all its drunkeness 
was enraged by the elves and lunged at one of the two. The other continued 
to badger myself and mocking Jessica, finally after he said he would not 
surrender peacefully it came to blow. He jumped away from myself and Jessica 
went to deal with the dwarf and other combatant. The elf i was left to deal 
with drew two kukri style blades and ran off, he attemped multiple times to 
slay the dwarf with them. The first dwarf was in the air as I ran by and i 
lunged a inn chair at his legs and he was sent across the room. I had hoped 
to subdue him not hurt him. His wounds were for some odd reason healed 
however. He than rejoined the fray but a friendly gentlemen tried to stay 
him, while staying out of the fight. As the battle dragged on the other elf 
also seemed to take incredible blows and only act as though minorly wounded. 
The dwarf got him low with his weapon and i tried to follow up but somehow 
between both of them being master martial artists he managed to not get hit. 
In an attempt to stop the elf after he had taken a serious blow, he stood, 
shakey, and weak, but somehow managed to muster the speed to break my 
defenses and run his kukri deep into my bicep. I barely escaped death by 
getting his other kukri with my mace which he than immediately used to slice 
my achillies tendon. Narrowly escaping death once again by hitting his arm 
with the mace in hand before he could strike my face and drive my nose into 
my brain. After attempting to trip him he used it to slink away. I was 
unable to follow. By this time the other elf had regained himself and seemed 
to be just fine once again, he begain an assault on the individual calling 
himself Viktor (giant of an individual standing 6'6). By now the guardsmen 
Tierant`Darkblight heard what was going on and came to assist. I was almost 
incapable of fighting further being wounded as i was. Arm pouring blood and 
achillies being cut my movement was hampered. Jessica pounced the elf that 
had wounded me in an attempt to stop him, but again this elf proved too 
slippery to stop, he managed to kick Jessica away and than run away which i 
attempted to follow up and tackle with my good arm, it only launched him 
into a roll and he beat down Dagan a person at the door who i called upon to 
stop the elves. Both elves promptly got away. The dwarf did not fair well 
either, suffering multiple gashes and cuts. But strangely he disappeared and 
is nowhere to be found now. Suggest bringing him in for questioning and 
request immediate bounty placed on two half elf half drow!.

Dagan (poor guy) helped to stop them from escaping but could do nothing 
against both elves as they pushed him aside and got away

Finally there is Viktor (i dunno his whois either) But he seemed an 
extremely powerful sort, was glad he didn't take more than a passing 
interest in the fight.

Kirin got wounded badly.. twice! that makes three times he's been badly 
wounded.. CRAZY!

I am sure that the details of the actual circumstances will be fully 
reported by the dwarf guard who actually took part in it, however, I wish to 
add to his report, if I may.

Last night, he had a run in with a tiger-like creature (desc of Solar here), 
as well as a drow who threatened him (desc of Torn`Alcaat here). Whilst he 
was dealing with the cat, the drow made as though to attack him from behind. 
I had been there for a bit, and moved in behind him. Several other guards 
were present, including one Armsman Keeslar, who, as I tend to always see 
him, was not in uniform, and presumably off-duty. I'd like to note, I have 
never once actually seen him -on- duty.

As the fight progressed, at some point in time, Armsman Keeslar took it upon 
himself to duck out of the Inn, in the company ov a woman who I did not get 
a good look at at the time. I noted his absence after the drow mysteriously 
vanished, and the cat was taken care of.

Captain, and esteemed officers of the Guard, this is not the first, nor the 
second, nor even the third time I have been aware of him simply ducking out 
and avoiding assisting his fellow comrads-in-arms. Never once have I 
actually witnessed him step in to assist during a fight, or an arrest, or 
anthing, for that matter. It appears that he is permanently off-duty, and 
simply calls himself a guard for whatever reasons he sees fit. It is in my 
opinion then, and consider this a strong request, that he be stripped of his 
title as a guard, and all the priviledges along with it. A guard who will 
not even inquire as to whether help is needed or not, and who so blatantly 
and cowardly avoids his duties, should not be soaking up pay that could best 
go to a guard who will actually work.

Hey, folks. I'm going to be updating the Royal Guard's roster, handing out
promotions, and giving out commendations. If y'all could do me a favor and
send your char's name and current rank to jdstrausse at earthlink.net I'll keep
you on the roster, promote and decorate your guard as needed.

But if you don't e-mail me with your char's name and current rank, your
guard will be getting exactly DICK!

Also, I'm looking at expanding the ranks of the Ninxek (Drache's spy
service), who often recruits their case officers out of the ranks of the
Royal Guard. If you're interested in getting your char involved in that,
give me a little more in your e-mail. Namely, what would make your char
attractive to the spooks (languages etc).

Just kiddintg. ;) Actually, if you don't get back to me, I'm just going to
add your guard to the administrative duty roster, our list of inactive but
not retired guards.

I'm going to compile the roster on Sunday, so if you still want your guard

last night, while taking supper within the Black Dragon Inn, (where else
would an incident occur) Myself, Arms-Sergeant Magnar Torwegg, and
Arms-Corporal Thorn Brightblade ran into a character who professor Stygian
pointed out, as having assaulted a guard the pervious night, one Armsman
Ter`im`iid the Githzerai, see attached report, (there is no attached report
since igor never made an incident report :}) He was asked several times by
myself to come down to the guardhouse for questioning, and refused. When he
was found to be one former guard, by the name of Ewen Strueker, things
seemed to go downhill.

He started insulting myself, and others, and was egged on by some man by the
name of Bryon. I did not retrieve any last name at this time. When i moved
in to arrest him, he resisted and a scuffle ensued. To make a long story
short, this had something to do with Blight. Both the assault on Armsman
Ter`im`iid the Githzerai, and the resistance of arrest tonight. Strueker is
still at large and considered somewhat dangerous. Likely armed as well.

Sorry for my lack of a faster reply.  My hard drive got knocked out by 
either substantial damage or a virus.  Not sure.  Set me for active duty or 
whatnot now that I think I can return until such incident happens again.
