(A semi-hastily written note, written by an off duty Tierant Darkblight, and turned in roughly 10 pm.  Orders would also be given to copy this and bring said copies to Takani, Abraxas, and Stygian.)

This is hearsay from the confines of the Black Dragon Inn.  True or False, it should be heard.

An imp <described as Akrian> was told by a unknown man <described as Richard Black> that he should go kill three people.  Two magistrates, told as Takani and Abraxas, and a Lich that teaches magic.  I assume this is Stygian, who I've heard of by reputation.  

Again, this is hearsay, and I do not know how much to worry.  But still, it is better to err on the side of causion.

(A note, written in the clean handwriting of Tierant Darkblight.  He would, once again, be filing this report while off duty.  Roughly 9:30 pm...)

I had some business across town today, and when I was returning to the Black Dragon to prepare myself for duty, a situation was developing on the porch.  Two persons were involved, Lay`Trayin, and an unknown man.  <Insert description of Seyona>  After being instructed not to read the minds of people without permission, the man began to levitate.  I believe he then launched a mental assault at Madam Trayin, which she resisted.  The man, not wishing to be shown up, then launched some form of psionic or telekinetic attack at the lady.  Since the situation had escalated too rapidly, I had to strike the man without warning at this point.  I regret being unable to identify myself.

As the fight proceeded, he launched several more psionic attacks at myself and Madam Trayin.  With her assistance, He was subdued, knocked unconcious.  She created a temporary binding of his abilities, as I had no shackles on me.  Upon bring him to the jail, I shackled and locked him up.  He awaits trial.

(OOC:  For the record, the mun was a horrible godling.  The only reason he was captured was because the mun had to go, and just said to play it out as if he were still there.  I have no contect information, And haven't even been able to tell the mun that his character is locked up.  Most likely, this will never actually come to anything...)

On 9/7 Seyona was tried and found guilty of one count of assault and one
count of assault on a crown official. He was sentenced to death. The
Honorable Abraxas ul-Bralk Caros was presiding.

((Seyona-mun didn't want to wait for a trial and agreed to have his char
killed off. I didn't object.))

In the future, send your notices of trials and sentences to
jdstrausse at earthlink.net as opposed to the guard list. What I'll do is
compile all the trials and sentences into a single post that will be
released weekly or bi-weekly. This will save y'all from tedious report
writing and cut down magistrate-related traffic on this list. ;)

All I need you to send me is:

1. Name of the accused,
2. what they were accused of,
3. and what their sentence was.

Easy as 1-2-3. ;)

<A very unhappy off duty Tierant enters the guardhouse, incapacitated prisoner over his shoulder, coughing up blood.  He is very unhappy.  He files his hasty report as soon as the prisoner is locked up.  A very unhappy report.>

Some kid tried to steal from me this evening.  <Insert description of Erysol>  He failed, and battle began.  I tried to let him off with a warning, but he engaged in combat with Armsman Spyre.  A bloody, messy, pointless battle ensued, and the boy was eventually captured.  He should already be locked up.

At some point during the battle, a woman interfered by means of explosives, and other chemicals.  <This spot was once a description of IIDominoII, but is mostly covered in blood>  Eventually, she was detained aswell, after nearing being killed by her own chemicals.

I really hate this city sometimes.  I really hate this city.

<Random NPC Guard Bob walks into the guardhouse, and promptly begins dictating to a young scribe.  His dictation is as follows.>

This evening a young woman, refering to herself as Addie, came to me to file a report.  Apparently, A man attacked another woman in the Black Dragon Inn.  A woman known as Aridia.  <A rather vague description of the woman, which clearly matches Aridia.  The man's description is that of Darkness.>  Appearantly, the man offered many distastful words for Tespin Aridia, and a general distaste for healers.  At some point, a poison dart was launched.  I witnessed none of this, and have no evidence, but it was reported to me as such.
