(A note, written in the clean handwriting of Tierant Darkblight.  He would, once again, be filing this report while off duty.  Roughly 9:30 pm...)

I had some business across town today, and when I was returning to the Black Dragon to prepare myself for duty, a situation was developing on the porch.  Two persons were involved, Lay`Trayin, and an unknown man.  <Insert description of Seyona>  After being instructed not to read the minds of people without permission, the man began to levitate.  I believe he then launched a mental assault at Madam Trayin, which she resisted.  The man, not wishing to be shown up, then launched some form of psionic or telekinetic attack at the lady.  Since the situation had escalated too rapidly, I had to strike the man without warning at this point.  I regret being unable to identify myself.

As the fight proceeded, he launched several more psionic attacks at myself and Madam Trayin.  With her assistance, He was subdued, knocked unconcious.  She created a temporary binding of his abilities, as I had no shackles on me.  Upon bring him to the jail, I shackled and locked him up.  He awaits trial.

(OOC:  For the record, the mun was a horrible godling.  The only reason he was captured was because the mun had to go, and just said to play it out as if he were still there.  I have no contect information, And haven't even been able to tell the mun that his character is locked up.  Most likely, this will never actually come to anything...)
