[Royal Guard] Arrest of Jaehrek

Here follows a summary of the arrest of Jaehrek, as told by Roven Snowbough;

  -I approached the Blkdragon late into the afternoon. While there I 
somewhat converged with the metallic bug, Gaajh.-

-A time after, I sat idle, studying and whatnot. I then noticed a dagger 
being drawn against said creature. After apprehending the man, I questioned 
him on what he was doing. I nearly relieved him, noticing it was a mistake.-

-Then, out of the blue, a man named Turner burst out and made some claims 
against Jaehrek. According to Turner, Jaehrek had the following claims 
against him; Attempted murder of Turner, and Si Howe. Theft which I have not 
discovered the victims were. And resisting arrest. I arrested him, and have 
brought him to the guard house for trial.-
