[Royal Guard] Incident Report

The following note is written in far-too-small, but completely precise 
handwriting:

Upon entering the Black Dragon area this late afternoon to have a mug of tea 
after duty on the wharfs, I came upon a young lady, (Description of 
Black^Dawn), fatally wounded, and sensed a great commotion inside, as if a 
tavern brawl had ended recently.  Unable to assist with her condition, I 
left her care in the hands of a man who I had seen to be her lover, 
(description of Dalewyn, including current agitated mental state), and 
proceeded into the inn.  I was greeted by two men (descriptions of 
Robert`Delerado and Damian`Waters) circling eachother in defensive posture.  
As I ordered them to stand down, Damian did so quite willingly, but upon the 
approach of a massive bug-like creature (description of Gaajh), the young 
boy (short description of Robert) pressed the attack.  I was able to trip 
him and Spells-Recruit Roven was subsequently able to spell-bind and shackle 
him.

In addition, an angel-like being (description of Cevyr), accused one of the 
perpetrators (brief description of Damian) of drawing energy from Dawn.  
With no evidence to substantiate that claim, they were all left to their own 
devices, for shortly thereafter, a cat-like creature with a razor tail 
(description of Delnakk) brought the bug creature into a frenzy.  
Spells-Recruit Roven was also able to subdue him long enough for him to 
calm, and vowed on his word that the bug-creature would behave subsequently.

The cat-like creature proceeded to attack the bound boy and rend flesh from 
his back, and due to the intervention of one Jiji and Arms-Recruit Davien, 
was subdued temporarily.  Unfortunately, the creature was able to spray foam 
into Arms-Recruit Davien's eyes before I kicked the creature across the 
room.  Arms-Recruit Davien was left in the hands of Spells-Recruit Roven and 
Jiji, who seemed able to ease his pain enough for me to bring the boy into 
custody.  He is in a cell currently, on two charges of assault, and 
currently unconscious from stress, after having wet himself.  The boy was, 
however, convinced that he was doing proper in attacking both, and I have 
lingering suspicions about the one he was attacking, (brief description of 
Damian).

Spells-Recruit Roven should have the information on the bug creature, and I 
believe it wise to question the boy about what he had seen, for I arrived 
too late to find what had hurt the woman.  From later evidence, it appeared 
to be some form of lovers' quarrel, and my previous experience with her has 
led me to believe this is true.
