[Royal Guard] Report

I apologize for the delay of this report as I have been unable to perform duty due to my injuries sustained while attempting to apprehend an escaped felon...

The attempted apprehension led to extreme violence as the criminal was armed with a loaded crossbow which was fired in my direction. The bolt passed through but was coated with a poisonous substance from which I have recovered.
The second injury I sustained was from a razor sharp wire he wore affixed to a bracer type object on his forearm..This caused a most greivous wound on my back, severing tissue to the bone in some places..It is this injury that hinders my activity.

I would ask the criminal be taken alive and I would further like to inquire about examination of this wire apparatus he wears..It intrigues me..

When I recover from said injuries I will return to full active duty.Until then I am residing at Maguire's Apothecary with one Grae Maguire.
