As scribed at the royal university, dictated by one Arms Sergeant Karyn Redfeather

In this writ document I report two incidents of which I was involved..The first occured two nights past while I was returning from the inn with an acquantince of mine who will remain unnamed..As she had proceeded a distance ahead of myself an armed vagrant leapt from an alley to accost her..I am not aware if my presence was known to him when he attacked though I acted swiftly to defuse the situation..Upon presenting myself to him he porceeded to attack me with his blade..His body is at the morgue..

The second incident occured last eve as I was in the vicinity of the warehouses..When I had entered a building to inspect for street urchins or undesirables I had the misfortune of stumbling into a primitive boobytrap which punctured my side with three sharpened stakes affixed to a bent post..The apparatus snapped out at waist level when tripped..Of the two incidents it is the second that I was injured and will be healed of such in a few days time.
