[Royal Guard] Guard, suggestions.

I actually like Jaxy's suggestion of detective ranks. It would definately give certain of the guard a reason to go poking their noses where it's soemtimes not prudent, but a lot of fun. I also like the idea of transfering active guards to admin. i's what I did with kellan for a while, had her doing paperwork, and the three month limit also sounds like a limit in my opion.

Thumbs up. I'll likely have more input once we hear from more guard muns.
