[Royal Guard] Tobian absent from work

Tobian will not be showing up for duty in the morning


In the snow outside the inn, there are signs of scuff,
a rolled up parchment with a stamp on it, (Tobian's
old bounty hunter license kept on him out of habit)
and his sword is tossed a good 15 ft away.  There are
no signs of tobian, but there are splotched of blood
in the snow, and what looks to be a body drag in the
snow, where Tobian was dragged, and than it just
suddenly stops as though he disapeared.

a good Samuritan turne din the papers, and reported
what he saw, recognizing the symbol on the scroll as
being from the captain of the guard.  (I believe thats
who gave out the liscneses)
