Having read the report of a certain Karyn Redfeather, I am shocked to hear 
of her suggested punishment, said tiger is a very close allie to the demon 
Jah Kahn himself, bringing such tiger before a band of children will most 
likely result in a total slaughter. Solar is adept in magical ways, and I 
assume in psychic as well, Psi-dampners and Null-magic shackles should be 
applied to him immediately.
