Unto Spell-Corporals Ter`im`iid and Lachlan Brewer:

Late last night, an unknown woman who was shackled and gagged was found 
at the King's Inn and brought to the guardhouse. There seems to be some 
magical property to these bindings, as it has proven impossible to 
remove them by ordinary methods. Corporal Brewer, examine the bindings 
and determine the nature of the enchantment, and if possible, remove 
them. Corporal Ter`im`iid, attempt to make contact with the woman's 
mind, and see if she knows anything about her present situation that can 
aid us in freeing her before she starves to death. She can be found in 
the Guardhouse infirmary. Please keep me informed of your progress.
