[Royal Guard] Incident Report

parchment)

As I sat in the inn today nursing the blue brew, I became aware of a 
creature in the rafters that has caused undue distress to myself, as well as 
a couple other patrons.  It seems this creature, described below, hunts 
openly within the inn, and attempted to attack myself tonight, as well as a 
young 'man' <Description of Destin_> that had been attempting to convince me 
that vampirism was natural.

In addition, I have suspicions, as well as a few points of proof, that 
<Description of Vaetsiil`Ko> is a rather blatant vampire, and believe that 
his name should be upon the bounty list as such.  His words to the 
perpetrator were along the lines of methods of feeding, and he claimed that 
evil was inevitably drawn to him.  This is merely information- I am not 
necessarily recommending action in this case.  However, I now accuse this 
cat-like creature of three counts of assault, as well as assault of a Royal 
Guard.
