[Royal Guard] Joe Wormwood arrest

-=-=- Lay had put Joe in a cell then taken inventory of the items he carried
on him before speaking to Da for a short while then writing her report.

Being off duty at home and   working on some  
jewelry i heard a cry from my son Katarn's room. Upon arriving in my son's
room i found him and the detainee there. Katarn had brought one Joe wormwood
to me to be healed. I am not sure of the circumstance to the wounding of Joe
but after a trying time to keep Joe down to heal him and restraining him and
a kick from Katarn's foot to quiet Joe after he tried to attack my
granddaughter Chasity, Joe was healed by myself. while healing the detaineee
i learned he was also the one who attacked one female human named Kahlan and
had carved lettering into her arm to such a degree that when i healed it it
was infected and would have left considerable damage and limited use of her
arm had it no been healed. I arrested the man named Joe Wormwood and after
frisking him found him to only have a leather wallet with papers stating he
is not of sound mind (in my opinion with his actions he is better off not
being on the streets and free) as well as 5 silvers and several coppers. In
order to make sure the man Joe did not escape or try anything i used a spell
to keep him paralyzed until i had carried him in and placed him in a cell.
