On 5. IV. 475 Vorfon Rothar Draikin was tried for and found guilty of one 
count of obstruction of justice. He was sentenced to having his helmet 
attached to his head (a torc was fitted around his neck and the helmet 
bolted to the torc) for five (5) days with the helmet being painted yellow 
and the words "I DIDN'T TAKE OFF MY HELMET WHEN THE GUARD ASKED ME TO" 
emblazoned on its side. The Hon. Abraxas ul-Bralk Caros was presiding.

Guards encountering Vorfon Draikin without his helmet within the next five 
days are to arrest him for obstruction of justice.
