[Royal Guard] Report from Misha.

     While I was in the Black Dragon near the end of my shift, an odd
sort of being ambled through the door. The magical item I have to help
me detect undead started pulsing and, upon my examination of the
creature, I had reason enough to suspect it was brought to life
against its will. Arms-recruit Juno and I made a collaborative attempt
to capture it and find its 'creator', when a figure (Kydah) stepped
against us on its behalf. He ignored our attempt for peace and
threatened us with our lives. So, moving him outside the Inn, we tried
again to peacefully end the confrontation. He would not stand down
and, as a result, Armsman Thohg (who had arrived at the scene a moment
before) shot him with a crossbow in an attempt to paralyze his
movement. He rushed Thohg and used some sort of lightning attack upon
him. Arms-recruit Juno and I then joined the fray, but just when it
seemed we might catch our man, the undead thing and an accomplice
(Polaris is the accomplice, Devotion the undead thing) flew in and
took him off. I hereby charge that man (description of Kydah here)
with:
   
   Assault of Crown/Church Official:  100 Bank Crowns 
   Escaping Custody:  100 Bank Crowns
   Resisting Arrest:  40 Bank Crowns
   Disobeying a Crown Official: 40 Bank Crowns
   Obstruction of Justice: 50 Bank Crowns

I charge the accomplice with:

   Obstruction of Justice: 50 Bank Crowns
   
I also request that a bounty be put upon the undead's head, as there's
no reason to charge a reanimated corpse as a normal criminal. (There's
