Arms-recruit Misha Thomas and
Spell-recruit Juno Tyrelle

encountered a robbery in progress at the Black Dragon Inn while coming off 
of their watch shift. Spell-recruit Tyrelle gave pursuit to the fleeing 
assailiant while Arms-recruit Thomas stayed to talk with the victim, who was 
attempting to shoot his assailiant with a crossbow. The criminal dropped a 
smoke-producing potion upon a tabletop as she fled, effectively blocking 
Tyrelles' paralysis wand through sheer luck. Tyrelle gave chase as the 
assailant darted down an alleyway, whereupon she dropped an explosive device 
which rendered Spell-recruit Tyrelle unconscious and injured. The assailant 
then fled over rooftops, believed to be heading towards the wharfs.

The suspect is believed to be of mixed lycanthropic or anthropomorphic 
heritage, with both feline and canine features. She is female, with short 
blonde hair and fur, green eyes, and was wearing a white loincloth, tunic, 
and cape, with black shoulder pads and boots. She is to be considered armed 
and dangerous, and appears to have a source of alchemical materials to make 
many manner of potions.

The assailiant is charged with assault, attempted murder, destruction of 
public property, and theft.
