[Royal Guard] Ety Woods Arrets (yes again), punishment, and Lance Lako Guard Attack

If this keeps up you are going to get tired of me sending reports about this tespin.  Ety Woods was arrested once again this eve (Dec. 18th) for theft.  I was once again lucky enough that Magistrate Segovax was available to hear the case and punishment was handed down, in the form of removing the right hand of tespin Woods.

The other interesting part of this report involves one man named Lance Lako. and I will recount that here to the best of my ability<<full logs of this whole evening available upon request to me at baldisar at gmail.com>>.  

As I was arresting Miss Woods< Mr Lako, the same Lance Lako I made the report on before for requesting I find him work as an assassin, stepped in and got extremely beligerent with myself and Spells Sgt Lay Trayin Chasingfire, who was on the scene as well, saying that the Guard was corrupt and making threats toward myself and Spells Sgt Trayin.  as I left with the prisoner combat was begining between the Sgt and Mr. Lako.  as to the remainder of that combat and how things were resolved before they came to the guard house would have to be asked of Sgt. Trayin as I was not in the Black Dragon Inn at the time of that.  Appearently though with no injury to either of them it was resolved and they came to the trial.  The victim in the case was very against punishment of Miss Woods but was peaceful, but voiced the fact he was not for this several times.  I did at one point have to stop him from attempting to treat the lash marks of the previous night on Miss Woods, but when requested he backed off.  Shortly thereafter I sent an armsman after the Magistrate and the proceedings began.  Mr. Zatoichi (the victim) was allowed to pleade his case during the course of the proceedings.  Approxamately 20 minutes after the actual proceedings began Sgt. Trayin and Mr. Lako arrived at the Guard house.  Mr. Lako was stopped in the foyer as he would not give his wepons to to armsman on duty, but was allowed to listen from the foyer.  As I was escorting Miss Woods to the chamber where her right hand was to be removed, and carrying out the orders to remove her hand Mr Lako became Violent.

[23:47] <Baldisar>  4 other armsmen move to surround lance as he continures screaming all with hands on their swords ready to draw
[23:49] <Lance Lako> He spun and began to slice his way through the armsmen the way he did in past battles. The hell if he would be taken by NPCs! He made quick work of them. "Now I HAVE done something evil eh?! HAHA!"
[23:52] * Baldisar says to the armsmen and healers "if she is not strong enough to move have her put into a cell for tonight until she is"
[23:53] * Baldisar walks out of the room "Lance you do not want to do this"
[23:53] * Lay Trayin looks to Baldisar and nods "i have already told him so but he draws his weaponsanyways"
[23:53] <Baldisar> the other 30 armsmen in the room would all draw wepons at that point and Baldisars eyes would begin to glow
[23:55] <Lance Lako> He laughed a bit as he looked at the fallen armsmen around him. "Goodmorrow!" He would then run out of the guardhouse...not really being that far in as he was stopped right at the enterance because he didn't remove his weapons. The second his foot touched the grass outside he would disappear with the new trick he learned just the night previous. He travelled through the elements.
[23:56] * Lay Trayin sighs as lance disappears and looks to Baldisar "looks like our would be assassin is now wanted for murder of crown officials"


Sgt Trayin and myself have been informed by another witness the Mr. Lako returned to the Black Dragon Inn and began to talk to 2 people (at this point the descriptions of Spooka and Vulspeth Trezner would be given)  and the lady I just described gave Mr. Lako a ring of polymorph. (the lady being spooka in the desc. and Vulspeth Trezner being a male)
