After checking the records here and for personal belongings it was found that the murder had been reported and the man's belongings had been stolen. The brother reporting this heard the news from Dulcina and then reported it to me what he knew of his brother's work as an explorer and had stated he received a letter from his brother stating that he had found a ghost ship near the borders of Arangoth near a densely wooded area. As i took the report from the gentleman Arms Sergeant Carth`UlVarik listened and when the named ship , the Silgailika, was mentioned i knew the ship to belong to one Captain Silver Vlorress and that the ship is registered for business in Drache. On the Arms Sergeant's recommendation i am asking that a border patrol keep watch for the ship. If the ship is found and no crew is aboard the Captain may be assumed dead and as rightful living relative in Drache will claim ownership of said ship. He did not have a name but i met this man at the Black Dragon Inn. He gave me the name of Tosh but later i heard another calling him by the name of Kageshin. It was posted to the board at roughly mid-day. A foreign patron of the Black Dragon Inn has requested, at the suggestion of Arms-Recruit Thohg, that the Royal Guard keep their eyes open for the missing prince of her homeland. The patron's name is Aquamarine, ((and here would be a brief description of the character)), and she seems to be connected with her homeland's military or guard. The prince in question's name is Vermillion, she reports; he came by accident to Drache (inside the city walls, she says) seven months ago and has not been heard from since. ((Here would be a brief description of the character Vermillion.)) Aquamarine has posted a notice near one of the Inn's hearths, a wanted poster of sorts, featuring the prince's likeness. In a rather clumsy scrawl beneath the report-proper is what can be assumed to be Thohg's signature, but since it's both clumsy and in a foreign script, it's hard to tell. Beneath the signature, in tidier handwriting, is printed 'Arms-Recruit Thohg'. I went in and found Ritsa and a gentleman (describe Dramradhel) in their argument. He claimed she was stealing, she claimed it was a lover's quarrel. So, when she tried to run, I cast a spell to keep her in place. I used a compulsion spell that I rarely, if ever, use and had her tell the truth.
