[Royal Guard] re: Kageshin

information about a person reported by another guard-=-=-

In regards to a report written by a fellow guard about a supposed samurai
that used unknwon powers to create trouble. He did not have a name but i met
this man at the Black Dragon Inn. He gave me the name of Tosh but later i
heard another calling him by the name of Kageshin. Perhaps this information
will be of use in the future. (description of Kageshin in minute detail
enclosed with a drawing.)
