[Royal Guard] Missing Persons Report

((Quick OOC note:  this being my first report (and Thohg's, for that
matter), I'm still getting used to this whole Royal Guard thing; if
there's anything wrong with the report (or if, and it wouldn't
surprise me, I've sent this to the wrong place) by all means call me
out on it.))

The report is dated Tuesday, February 22 (or the rough Arangothan
equivilant), as recorded by Chani Shahrazad, to whom the report was
dictated by Arms-Recruit Thohg.  It was posted to the board at roughly
mid-day.

A foreign patron of the Black Dragon Inn has requested, at the
suggestion of Arms-Recruit Thohg, that the Royal Guard keep their eyes
open for the missing prince of her homeland.  The patron's name is
Aquamarine, ((and here would be a brief description of the
character)), and she seems to be connected with her homeland's
military or guard.  The prince in question's name is Vermillion, she
reports; he came by accident to Drache (inside the city walls, she
says) seven months ago and has not been heard from since.  ((Here
would be a brief description of the character Vermillion.)) 
Aquamarine has posted a notice near one of the Inn's hearths, a wanted
poster of sorts, featuring the prince's likeness.

In a rather clumsy scrawl beneath the report-proper is what can be
assumed to be Thohg's signature, but since it's both clumsy and in a
foreign script, it's hard to tell.  Beneath the signature, in tidier
handwriting, is printed 'Arms-Recruit Thohg'.
