[Royal Guard] Fwd: The arrest of JimCoulter

So it's been a wee while since I posted anything and well.. I gotta say 
Kirin no like paper work.. anywho I figured I might as well come out of 
hybernation and write up some of the stuff Kirins been doing.. so here 
it goes with numero uno.. the most recent.

Today it was brought to my attention by one Monica (insert last name I 
dun remember here.. she's preggy) that a slaver had been dwelling within 
the sanctified walls of the city of Drache. After a very brief 
confrontation the coward made quick his attempt at escape, but denied 
was he by the aid of an outsider by the name of Toliver. Agreeing to be 
interviewed at your convenience Toliver stands by (signature of Toliver 
here) to tell the truth under the fair rule and law of Drache by order 
of the crown. The individual in question goes by Jim Coulter, he was 
terrified and through the use of divinations he was put at ease so 
information could be extracted from him without harm to his person. The 
information gathered is that he owns a silver mine not far from the 
city, recommend writs to the mine be confescated for the benafit of the 
city after dealing with the criminal in question. He owned an orc, three 
drow, and four humans as slave labor to work the mines. Monica acquired 
the slaves and has them in safety. I have no recommendation on the 
slaves other than they will only perish being exposed to society in 
their state, they need nourishment and education. He became rather 
uncooprative after the spell duration of the calm person had worn off.. 
claiming he knew nothing.. But the information had already been gathered 
from both Monica and Toliver. Mr. Coulter only confirmed what they had 
to say before becoming mute.
I leave judgement to the crown and the divine wrath that awaits him, the 
scales of justice tilt ill against his favor and retribution is nigh for 
him. Ever the loyal servant of the Crown and speaker of His word.
